Returns and Cancellations

No returned material will be accepted unless prior authorization is obtained. Authorization will be granted if:

  • There proves to be a defect of workmanship or material and within one (1) year from the delivery date. No restocking fee will apply.
  • If the item is unused, unopened and free of damage and authorization is requested within three (3) months of purchase. A 25% restocking fee will apply.

We generally ship orders same day or within 24 hours, so order cancellation may not be possible. Any cancellation of an existing order must be approved by Industry-Railway Suppliers by calling Customer Service. Cancellation and or re-stocking charge(s) may apply.

Shipping

All orders received by 1:14 P.M. CST on a normal business day will be processed for shipment on that business day. If method of shipment is United Parcel Service (UPS), shipping and transit times will be governed by the most current ‘UPS Rate and Service Guide’ (https://www.ups.com/assets/resources/media/en_US/daily_rates.pdf). Please note: The day of order does NOT constitute a ‘shipping day’ and UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. If freight is to ship via LTL(Less-Than-Truckload)/motor freight, carrier may require a 24-hour window for pick-up.
